Reza Khanjan Bio

Trial Attorney

Reza Khanjan has experience in defending clients facing misdemeanors, as well as serious felony charges. He recognizes that each client is different. Not only does each client face a unique set of charges, but each has individual concerns, needs, and goals. He has built his practice on providing personalized attention to every client he represents. When you come to Reza for criminal defense needs and counsel, he will take the time to talk to you about your case. He will take time to understand what you are going through, and he will devise a strategy that truly protects your best interests.
Reza is admitted to practice in Oregon State Courts, Washington State Courts, California State Courts and the U.S. District Court. He is highly skilled in handling Driving Under the Influence charges, drug charges, sex crimes, assault and battery, and more. If you are looking for an advocate who will not give up on you, Reza is prepared to deliver the aggressive defense representation you need.

Rodney Nosratabadi Bio

As an experienced criminal defense attorney, I have been involved in all aspects of Criminal Defense, Juvenile Criminal Defense, and Juvenile Dependency Defense. I have litigated both State and Federal Criminal Matters. In 2002, I clerked with the California Superior Court, Central District of Orange County and drafted advisory opinions for the judiciary. In 2003, I served on the Child Abuse and Neglect Task Force. I am licensed to practice law in the California, Washington, and Oregon.
I approach every case with the presumption that you are innocent. My mission is to familiarize you with the justice system. At the initial consultation, I will inform about the offenses with which you have been charged, your exposure and the possible consequences and outcome of your case. I pledge to address all of your questions and concerns and defend you like a family member rather than just a name and number. I have firsthand knowledge of the stress legal matters can cause for my clients and their loved ones. I’m committed to being available to my clients at all times and obtaining the best possible result for them.

Nicholas Heydenrych Bio

Nick Heydenrych has represented over a thousand clients in cases including simple misdemeanors, DUIIs, minor felonies, major person crimes (Ballot Measure 11), financial crimes (Ballot Measure 57) and organized crime. Nick has practiced in over 10 different counties across the state of Oregon and has experience helping clients with cases in multiple jurisdictions. Nick will explain your rights and best options in plain language to help you get your best results.
Nick attended the same law school as Thomas Jefferson and earned his law degree from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia in 2005. Prior to that Nick graduated with honors and distinction with double Bachelors of Science degrees in Political Science and Psychology from Oregon State University in 2002.
Originally from South Africa, Nick is a first generation naturalized American. He has been a news reporter, columnist, photographer, television news anchor and professional driver. He has served as a board member and president of the Washington County Bar Association and volunteered as a judge for the Classroom Law Project. He loves travel, learning new languages, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Clark McVey Bio

Clark is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law. Clark was Chair of the Association of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law (AIPEL) and served two years as a representative in the Student Bar Association. After law school, Clark began working with the Missouri State Public Defender Office handling all ranges of criminal offenses, from misdemeanor traffic offenses to murder.
Upon leaving the Public Defender Office, Clark relocated to Oregon, and continued work as a criminal defense attorney. Clark believes that protecting the rights of the accused is a sacred calling, and is committed to getting the best possible results for his clients.

Jillian Thayer Bio​

Originally from South Florida, Jillian earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University. After moving to Oregon to attend law school, she graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law with Pro Bono Honors. She was a Co-Director for the Public Interest Environmental Law Conference and served for two years as a board member of the Animal Legal Defense Fund. During her final year of law school, she clerked with the Civil Liberties Defense Center, where she defended client’s rights in both criminal and civil courts.

After graduation, Jillian moved to Portland to start her career in criminal defense. She believes in giving compassionate representation to every client by addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Jillian is committed to providing zealous advocacy to each client and fighting aggressively to get them their best outcome in court.
